There are no implied warranties on any items sold. All items are sold “as is”.
US currency (cash) or certified funds are the only acceptable means of payment. Payment must be received from the successful bidder no later than 12:00 noon on the same day of the sale.
Items may be inspected prior to the auction by appointment with Carl Smith at (936) 634-8877 or (936)225-2650.

Bids may be submitted in any of the following ways:

Auction Terms
This is an actual Public Sale/Auction. Any bids received prior to the Sale Date will be deemed to be valid bids just as if the bidder(s) were at the Auction in person. Any bid submitted prior to the Auction Date may be retracted or revised prior to the Sale Date if requested in writing at least 24 hours before the Sale Date. A representative of the lien holder (if any) may submit bid(s) prior to and/or during the Auction process. If the successful bidder refuses or is unable to tender the funds to purchase the item, the second highest bidder will have the option to purchase the item for an amount equal to or less than the highest bid, as mutually agreed upon between the buyer and the seller.
